Congregational Health Ministry (CHM) is the outreach arm of Inner City Health Center (ICHC). CHM extends ICHC’s mission beyond its walls by partnering with local churches, faith-based agencies, community groups, and colleges and universities to offer health education, facilitate health promotion, and advocate for the rights of everyone to be as healthy as possible.
